Eligibility:

This Contest ("Contest") is open only to individuals who from and as on the date and the time of the Offer (“Participant”):

• Is a permanent resident of the Republic of India (the “Territory”/ “India”), with a valid and government recognised identity proof, has a valid correspondence address in India, holds a valid passport and is eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of vehicle purchase i.e. once an invoice is raised and signed for the said purchase and the vehicle has been delivered. 
• Has purchased a new MG Hector vehicle from an authorized dealership of JSW MG Motor India Private Limited (“MGI”). The purchase must be dated between April 11, 2025, and June 30, 2025, inclusive (the "Purchase Period"). 
• Eligibility is contingent upon the completion of the retail delivery of the purchased MG Hector vehicle to the qualifying Participant. Proof of delivery may be required. 
• Purchases must be made exclusively through dealerships officially authorized by MGI. Purchases from unauthorized sellers or sources are ineligible. Vehicles purchased for commercial use shall not be eligible.

Exclusions:

The Contest is not open to, and participation is void for:

• Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of JSW MG Motor India Pvt. Ltd. (the "Sponsor"), its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies & their immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) involved with this Contest.
• Authorized MG Motor India dealers, their principals, and dealership personnel (including but not limited to channel partners and sales executives).

Contest Period:

• Both the purchase date (along with signed and complete invoice) and the completed retail delivery date for the MG Hector must fall between April 11, 2025, and June 30, 2025 (inclusive).

How to Enter/ Entry Requirements:

HOW TO ENTER:

• Initiate Entry: Following the completed retail delivery of the qualifying MG Hector vehicle (as defined in Eligibility), the eligible participant must send a WhatsApp message containing the exact text "MY TICKET TO LONDON" (case-insensitive, subject to system interpretation) to the official MG Motor India designated WhatsApp number: 9662126464 ("Designated Number").
• Registered Mobile Number: The WhatsApp message MUST be sent from the mobile telephone number provided by the participant and registered with MG Motor India or its authorized dealer during the vehicle booking process ("Registered Mobile Number"). Entries submitted from any other mobile number shall be deemed invalid.
• Submit Booking Code: After sending the initial message, the participant will be required to submit their unique vehicle Booking Code via the same WhatsApp chat to the Designated Number when prompted.
• Complete Entry: A valid entry ("Entry") into the Contest is considered complete only upon successfully receiving BOTH the initial designated phrase AND the corresponding Booking Code from the participant's Registered Mobile Number, in the sequence required. Failure to complete both steps voids the entry attempt.

 WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT:

• Potential Contest winner(s) will be selected and publicly announced on or around mid-July 2025 tentatively. The method and timeline of announcement (e.g., social media, direct contact) will be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor (JSW MG Motor India Pvt. Ltd.).

Selection Process:

WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION, AND VERIFICATION:

• Eligibility Verification: After the Contest entry period, all timely submitted Entries will be reviewed and verified by the Sponsor (MGI) or its designated representative for compliance with the Eligibility Requirements and entry procedures outlined in these Official Rules.
• Random Drawing: From the pool of verified eligible Entries received, the potential winner(s) will be selected via a random drawing conducted by an external partner under the supervision of MGI. External partner under the supervision of MGI shall determine the method for the random drawing (e.g., using a computerized randomizer tool or other suitable method) in its sole discretion, ensuring such method is fair and unbiased ("Game of Luck"). 
• Notification of Potential Winner(s): The individual(s) selected as potential winner(s) will be notified by the Sponsor or its agent via WhatsApp message to the Registered Mobile Number. Winners will be notified following the selection process through communications originating from the official MG Motor India WhatsApp number (Designated Number), sent to the participant's Registered Mobile Number.
• Winner Confirmation Requirements: To be confirmed as an official winner and proceed with prize claim arrangements, the notified potential winner(s) MUST respond as directed in the notification and provide any required information or documentation (which may include, but is not limited to, proof of identity, age, residency, vehicle ownership/delivery confirmation details) within seven (7) calendar days from the date the notification is sent.
• Disqualification: The winners must respond within 7 days and provide its Personal Information as required, in order to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, then he/ she is deemed have forfeited the Offer
• Sponsor's Decision Final: All decisions rendered by the Sponsor (MGI) concerning the verification of Entries, the selection and confirmation of winners, interpretation of these Official Rules, and any other aspect of this Contest shall be final, conclusive, and binding on all participants, without right of review or appeal.

 Prizes:

• Prize Overview: Twenty (20) verified winners ("Winners"), selected as per the procedures outlined herein, will each be awarded a trip package to London, United Kingdom (the "Prize").
  Prize Inclusions: The Prize provided by the Sponsor (MGI) shall consist solely of the following components for each Winner: 
• a) Air Travel: One (1) round-trip economy class airline ticket departing from Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi (DEL) to a Sponsor-selected airport in London, UK, and returning to DEL. Flight carriers, routes, and schedules are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
• b) Airport Transfers: Ground transportation between the designated arrival/departure airport in London and the Sponsor-designated hotel accommodation in London.
• c) Accommodation: Hotel stay for four (4) consecutive nights at a Sponsor-selected hotel (rated approximately 3-star category) in or near London. Accommodation will be provided on a twin-sharing / double occupancy basis (Winner may be required to share a room with another Winner, assigned by the Sponsor).
• d) Meals: Daily standard breakfast provided at the designated hotel during the four-night stay.
• Prize Exclusions: Any costs incurred by the Winner beyond those explicitly stated as "Prize Inclusions" shall be the sole financial responsibility of the Winner. The Winner shall be solely responsible for all such excluded costs, including but not limited to: 
• a) All costs associated with passport application, renewal, or validity.
• b) All costs and procedures related to visa applications, visa fees, and securing the necessary visa for entry into the United Kingdom.
• c) Any costs for medical tests (e.g., RT-PCR, Antigen, or other tests) required for travel or entry/exit purposes.
• d) Hotel incidentals, including mini-bar charges, room service (other than included breakfast), laundry, telephone calls, internet access (unless provided complimentary by the hotel), pay-per-view movies, etc.
• e) All meals and beverages not expressly included (specifically, lunches, dinners, snacks, and all alcoholic beverages).
• f) Travel insurance (highly recommended, but the responsibility of the Winner).
• g) Gratuities, personal expenses, shopping, sightseeing, local transportation within London (other than specified airport transfers), and any other ancillary expenses.
• Travel Contingency Disclaimer: The Sponsor (MGI) shall not be held responsible or liable if a Winner is unable to undertake the travel or utilize the Prize, in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to, rejection or delay in obtaining a visa, flight cancellation or delays by the airline or other factors, personal health issues, failure to possess required travel documents, government travel advisories or restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control. No cash alternative, substitution, or compensation will be provided if the Winner cannot utilize the Prize for any reason. the Participant/ Winner shall be required to possess all valid documents required for travel as necessary to enable the said travel. This Offer will be deemed to be forfeited and MGI will not be liable in case the Participant/ Winner is unable to arrange for the visa and travel documents within the stipulated time frame. 
• MGI will not be responsible for any travel/ airport/ legal/ aviation restrictions imposed upon the Participant/ Winner.

 General Terms and Conditions

• Offer valid for limited period 11th April 2025 to 30th June 2025 as mentioned above.
• Selected winners would be asked to share self-shot videos & photos from their trips and a short video byte on their return which will be shot by MGI. 
• MGI reserves the right at any time to modify/ withdraw the terms and conditions and/ or disqualify any entries/ participant/ winner that are deemed to be inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these terms and conditions or at its own will, with or without prior notice. This Offer is controlled and administered by MGI. Participants/ winner are advised to regularly check for any amendment(s) or update(s) to the terms and conditions No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
• If any Participant/ winner is dissatisfied with the Offer or its terms and conditions, his/her sole and exclusive remedy is to not participate in the Offer.
• Certain travel restrictions may apply. Winner is responsible for paying any applicable federal, provincial, state, local, income and withholding taxes, if any, and any and all other costs and expenses not listed herein as being provided, including but not limited to airfare, ground transportation, cruises, luggage fees, meals, beverages, hotel incidentals, souvenirs and gratuities. In the event that any tax withholding is required by law for the Offer (or a portion thereof), winner authorizes MGI to make the corresponding deduction from the prize amount. 
• MGI will not be liable for any expenses incurred because of flight cancellations or delays, or for any airline and/or hotel fees incurred as a consequence of changing or cancelling flight and/or hotel reservations.  
• The winner must abide by both the jurisdictions and any impacted jurisdiction’s terms and conditions of booking, carriage for the flights, stay, etc.
• Participants are bound by these terms and conditions by participating in the Offer and are deemed to agree to use the Offer in the manner specified in these terms and conditions and agree to provide their contact details (“personal information”) as required/ mentioned. If they do not agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety or to provide the personal information, then you are not authorized to register or to participate in the Offer in any other manner.
• Personal information collected from Participants/ Winners will be used in accordance with MGI’s privacy policy and as prescribed under law. Personal information shall include personal information of the participants such as name, age, address, e-mail, etc. so that MGI or the dealership can send communications to them. For this purpose, the personal information will be collected, processed and used in accordance with MGI’s Privacy Policy, which can be found on MG’s website. The participant understands that, in addition to the initial communications, MGI/ dealership may also use the personal information to send him/ her additional follow-up communications or for keeping them generally aware of promotions/ rewards.
• MGI is not responsible for any technical difficulties that may prevent participants from entering the Contest.
• You may not participate in the Offer where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulations. 
• This Offer cannot be exchanged, replaced, assigned, transferred or redeemed for cash or kind.
• All applicable taxes and surcharges, if any, on the voucher, Offer, etc. along with any legal or travel compliance shall be borne by the Participant. 
• The prize awarded herein is subject to applicable Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) under the prevailing laws of India. The applicable TDS rate shall be 31.2% (comprising 30% tax plus 4% education cess) of the total expense incurred by MGI in facilitating the trip. The entire TDS amount shall be borne exclusively by the prize winner (hereinafter referred to as "Customer"). 
• As a condition precedent to the fulfilment of the prize, MGI shall collect the aforementioned TDS amount from the Customer prior to the commencement of the trip. 
• MGI shall provide the certificate evidencing payment of TDS (TDS Certificate-Form 16A) to Customer within the specified time prescribed under the Income Tax Act on the e-mail address provided by Customer.
• For the purpose of complying with statutory TDS return filing requirements, the Customer shall provide MGI with accurate and complete information, including, but not limited to, their full legal name, Email-id , Adhaar Number (if applicable) and Permanent Account Number (PAN)Failure to provide the required information and/or remit the applicable TDS amount within the stipulated timeframe, as communicated by MGI, shall result in forfeiture of the prize.
• Winners and/ or Participants undertake not to, at any time, disclose, reveal, communicate or otherwise make public any information relating to MGI, its dealership, agents or officers to anyone, or to defame MGI, its dealership, agents or officers to anyone, in relation to this Offer.
• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow MGI to use their name and entry for advertising and promotional purposes and shall participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity, photography, videos) surrounding the Offer, free of charge, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. 
• Winners and/ or Participants undertake and irrevocably and unconditionally permit MGI, its agents and dealerships to cover the promotion of the Offer and the Winner/ Participant, through various media including newspapers, radio, television including news and other channels, internet, point of sale materials, etc. Further, the Participants also understand and agree that their responses may be publicised as part of this Offer.
• All rights, titles and interests, including but not limited to the intellectual property rights, in the promotional material(s) and in their product and in any and all responses received shall always vest solely and exclusively with MGI.
• All material submitted in connection with the Offer (whether written, audio, electronic or visual form, or a combination of those) or any photographs, video and/or film footage and/or audio recording taken of Participants/ Winners are assigned to MGI and becomes the property of MGI exclusively. MGI may use the material in any medium in any reasonable manner it sees fit. Copyright in any such material remains the sole property of MGI.
• In the event that a prize/ arrangement is to be provided by a third party (‘Prize Provider’), MGI/ its agent/ dealership may pass on a Winner’s details to the Prize Provider to enable them to correspond and make arrangements/ bookings. 
• Where Winner/ Participant has indicated his/ her consent to receiving communications from MGI/ dealership about its offers, products, special offers, promotions and services, as part of entering a Promotion:
  • their email address will be added to our electronic mailing list accordingly.
  • any personal data they provide will be processed in accordance with the applicable Data Protection laws.
  • the way in the data will be processed will be in accordance with MGI’s Privacy Policy;
• Under the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) requirements, MGI/ its agent/ dealership may be required either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place, towards which the Participant/ Winner is deemed to provide its acceptance.
• MGI reserves the right to cancel or amend the Offer and/or these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, pandemic, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control or a force majeure event in any jurisdiction. 
• The participant/ winners shall indemnify and keep MGI indemnified against such claims, demands, actions and proceedings of whatsoever nature which may be brought, commenced or prosecuted against MGI by reasons of or arising out of the disputes relating towards the prize winner and towards the prize gratification offered by MGI.
• If there is any conflict between the information contained in the voucher/promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall apply and prevail.
• Decision of MGI in relation to the Offer/ terms and conditions and matter incidental thereto shall be final and binding. The existence of dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against MGI. Any and all disputes, controversies and conflicts arising out of this contest shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed mutually under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue of arbitration will be Gurugram, Haryana, and language of arbitration will be English.
• Any dispute arising out of this Offer/ terms and conditions or otherwise shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
